Skimmer, or surface dirt collector.
The skimmer draws the level debris into the filter unit (sand filter) and returns the clean water back to the pool using the jets.

Possibility to rotate the central ball and thus direct the water flow in the pool. Increasing the jet flow is possible by breaking the ring on the centre ball
